Processing Times

  • We process and ship orders Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Derby Club is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at info@derbyclub.shop.
  • We may request photos and documentation to resolve your claim.
  • Once verified, we will work with the carrier and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
